The AWE Tuning Cat Back Track Edition exhaust system eliminates the valved muffler of its SwitchPath counterpart, resulting in a constantly open exhaust for a louder and more aggressive sound. This lightweight exhaust system is crafted from T304L stainless steel and features a unified design compatible with various BMW models. It maintains emissions compliance while enhancing the S55 engine’s tone through a precision-engineered X-pipe and 3” CNC mandrel-bent tubing. The system is dyno-tested to deliver potential horsepower and torque gains. To prevent malfunction lights, it includes valve simulators and is backed by AWE’s guarantees for fitment, no check engine lights, and lifetime warranty. However, due to the significant increase in exhaust noise, returns based on sound preference are not accepted.
