Banks Power's Monster-Ram is a direct-replacement aluminum intake manifold designed to improve airflow from the intercooler. It achieves a significant increase in Mass Air Flow (MAF) compared to the stock system. This translates to a more responsive and powerful engine with increased headroom for further modifications.

The complete Monster-Ram system includes a High-Flow Heater and Billet Intake Plate. The High-Flow Heater replaces the restrictive stock heater grid plate while maintaining functionality for cold starts. The Billet Intake Plate removes obstructions and improves airflow path.

Monster-Ram is designed using advanced computational fluid-dynamics (CFD) and undergoes rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance. It replaces the factory inlet elbow, which restricts airflow due to its design for accommodating the stock fuel line. Banks engineers have designed a new fuel line to allow for a larger and more efficient airflow path.

Monster-Ram offers four NPT ports for data acquisition purposes, such as temperature and pressure sensors. This allows for extensive monitoring and tuning capabilities.

Testing has shown that Monster-Ram outperforms all available competing products in terms of airflow improvement.
