AEM Classic Digital Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge Kit - 30-4110

AEM Wideband UEGO AFR Controller Gauge features a digital LED display and a sweeping LED indicator that changes color based on the air/fuel ratio (AFR). The gauge housing is 52mm (2-1/16") in diameter, allowing for easy installation in most gauge pods or remote mounting locations. It also provides a 0-5v analog output for data loggers and engine management systems.

A key component is the 4.9 LSU sensor, known for its fast light-off time and low current draw compared to the 4.2 LSU sensor. Additionally, the 4.9 LSU sensor maintains compatibility with various fuels and eliminates the need for free-air calibration when used with this specific AEM gauge. It's important to note that the 4.9 LSU sensor has a different connector compared to the 4.2 LSU sensor, making them incompatible with each other.

This gauge is valuable for maximizing engine performance and safety. Precise AFR data is crucial during engine tuning, as excessively rich mixtures can lead to power loss, while lean mixtures can cause severe engine damage. The AEM Wideband AFR UEGO gauge promptly detects even minor AFR changes (0.1 unit) to warn the driver and prevent potential engine issues.
