The AWE Tuning Track Edition Exhaust is a performance-oriented exhaust system crafted from T304L stainless steel. It delivers power gains similar to the Touring Edition but omits the sound-cancelling rear mufflers, resulting in a louder and more aggressive exhaust note, particularly in the mid-range. Owners of S-Tronic equipped vehicles should be aware of a potential increase in noise at partial throttle. Due to the absence of mufflers, this exhaust is not returnable based on sound.

AWE offers separate Resonated and Non-Resonated Downpipes for further sound customization. The Resonated Downpipes provide a mellower sound with larger resonators compared to stock units. Non-Resonated Downpipes are the loudest option within the AWE S4 exhaust lineup and feature increased tubing diameter. In rare instances, the factory downpipes may rattle when paired with the AWE S4 exhaust system. AWE downpipes eliminate this possibility with their larger diameter tubing.
