The K&N 69-8611TS Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed for certain Toyota Venza and Camry models. It replaces the factory air filter and air intake housing with a K&N Typhoon air intake, which dramatically reduces airflow restriction by smoothing and straightening airflow. This allows your engine to inhale more air, resulting in increased power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The 69-8611TS air intake includes a black rubber-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that fits into the previous air box space. Air is directed through the intake tube into the engine's throttle body, ensuring a guaranteed power gain. The intake tube has a durable silver powder-coat finish and accommodates the factory mass air sensor, crankcase vent hose, and two replacement silicone vacuum lines. The oversized cone-shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required, depending on driving conditions. Each system is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media.
