K&N Performance Cold Air Intake High-flow for 01-07 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD V8-6.0L 77-3031KP

The K&N 77-3031KP high-flow performance air intake system is designed for certain GMC Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 HD, Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, and 3500 HD models. This intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube designed to reduce air flow restriction and improve engine performance. By allowing more air to enter the engine, the K&N intake system can increase power and acceleration throughout the RPM range. The 77-3031KP includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter, a heat shield, and a chrome-like intake tube that accommodates the factory mass air sensor. The oversized cone-shaped air filter can last up to 100,000 miles before requiring servicing. Installation is relatively easy, typically taking 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and common tools.
