AEM Tru-Time Adjustable Camshaft Gears are designed to augment horsepower and torque without requiring a camshaft replacement. These gears are particularly suitable for engines with modifications such as milling, forced induction, or high compression, as well as for those using aftermarket competition camshafts. AEM Tru-Time cam gears enable precise adjustments to cam timing in one-degree increments. The adjustments are made possible by aligning the camshaft's profile with the engine's tuning state through laser-etched markings on the gears. The cam gears feature precision-cut teeth to prevent premature wear on the belt surface. Additionally, AEM's anodizing process on the gears has been laboratory-tested and proven to be the most durable in the market. AEM Tru-Time Adjustable Camshaft Gears come in a multi-spoke, five-bolt design.
