The K&N AirCharger 63-9032-1 air intake system replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. Designed to significantly reduce intake restriction by smoothing and straightening airflow, K&N intakes allow your vehicle's engine to inhale more air than the factory air filter assembly, resulting in increased power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The 63-9032-1 air intake includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that fits into the previous air box space. Air is directed through a custom molded intake tube into the engine's throttle body, ensuring a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required, depending on driving conditions. A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase airflow to your engine, guaranteeing an increase in horsepower and torque. These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. Installation is relatively easy, requiring only a few screwdrivers, a socket set, and several wrenches. Please note that this air intake is not legal for sale or use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
