K&N Performance Cold Air Intake for Magnum/ Charger/ Challenger / Chrysler 300C, V8 57-1542

The K&N 57-1542 FIPK air intake system is a replacement for the factory air filter and air intake housing. It is designed to reduce intake restriction and increase airflow to the engine, resulting in more power and acceleration. The system includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter, a heat shield, and an aerodynamically engineered intake tube that directs air to the engine's throttle body. The tube accommodates the factory air temperature sensor and crankcase vent hose. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed. Installation is relatively easy and can be completed in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points. The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube increases airflow volume and provides guaranteed increases in horsepower and torque.
