AEM Flex Fuel Ethanol Content Sensor Kit is designed to measure the percentage of ethanol content and fuel temperature in a vehicle's fuel system. This information is beneficial for users with programmable engine management systems compatible with flex fuel.  These systems can optimize an engine's tuning based on the real-time ethanol content, achieving better performance.  Pump-labeled E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) may vary in actual ethanol content. AEM's sensor offers a way to continuously monitor the exact fuel blend being used.  In addition to working with AEM's Infinity standalone programmable ECU and Series 2 EMS on flex-fuel vehicles, the sensor can also be connected to a dashboard display or data logger for data recording.
