Regulators

A regulator is a device that manages the flow of a gas or liquid and maintains it at a constant, desired pressure. On a vehicle, regulators play a crucial role in managing fluid and gas delivery. A pressure regulator, for example, is essential for a car's fuel system, ensuring the engine receives fuel at the correct pressure for optimal performance. Other types of regulators are found in various parts of a vehicle, from the cooling system to the exhaust.

Regulators are also used in a variety of non-automotive applications. A gas regulator is a common example, used to control the flow and pressure of gases from a tank or cylinder. This includes a nitrogen regulator or nitrogen gas regulator, which is critical for industrial applications like welding and HVAC servicing. Similarly, a high-pressure regulator is designed for systems where the gas or liquid is stored at a very high pressure, allowing it to be safely and efficiently reduced to a lower, usable pressure.
