ORACLE Halo Kits are a popular after-market lighting modification for vehicles. They utilize SMD or "Surface Mount Diode" LED chips, known for their brightness and low power consumption. These chips are mounted on a specially designed 6-layer circuit board for sturdiness. Installation involves adhering the circuit board with pre-installed 3M tape to a fog light housing. The 12V powered halos can be wired to a controller, switch, or directly wired to parking lights.
