AEM 4 Channel Coil Driver - 30-2840

AEM Ignition Coil Drivers are designed to function with high-power, dwell-controlled ignition coils typically found in performance engines. These drivers are compatible with two-wire ("dumb") coils and can be used in coil-on-plug applications. AEM Ignition Coil Drivers serve as a replacement for a stock coil driver or can be used during conversion to a coil-on-plug system in engines that do not require the additional spark energy provided by a Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) or lack the mounting space for a CDI, such as in ATVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and other powersport applications. By replacing the stock coil driver, AEM Ignition Coil Drivers address dwell time issues that can be encountered in stock ignition systems.
