AEM X-Series Inline Wideband UEGO Air/Fuel Ratio Controller utilizes patented digital technology (Patent 9,575,030) for rapid response time during air/fuel ratio measurement. This innovation enables the controller to capture even minor fluctuations in AFR and translate them into accurate output values.

Unlike other controllers, the X-Series can measure a wider range of values, promoting safer and more optimized engine tuning. Its high-speed digital design eliminates signal fidelity loss and preserves transient response, ensuring all changes in AFR are accurately reported.

Faster response time translates to improved wideband feedback control. This can lead to safer, more powerful, and precise engine tuning by reducing deadtime, the delay between a change in exhaust gas composition and its corresponding sensor reading.
