AEM's tall wideband UEGO sensor bungs are constructed from stainless steel for durability in exhaust environments. These bungs are designed to accommodate AEM's wideband UEGO sensors, particularly in forced induction applications when used with the 4-Channel Wideband UEGO Controller. However, their compatibility extends to any vehicle and any AEM wideband UEGO AFR controller. The key feature of the tall design is twofold: it promotes sensor body cooling and minimizes exhaust flow restriction by limiting the depth the sensor tip protrudes into the exhaust pipe. Additionally, the finned design further enhances heat dissipation from the sensor body.
