The AWE Tuning Track Edition Exhaust modifies the exhaust system of the Jetta 1.8T for a more aggressive sound. It achieves this by replacing the rear resonator with a straight pipe section. This alteration creates a noticeable change in tone, particularly in the mid range, without creating excessive booming noise inside the vehicle. It's important to note that due to this modification, the exhaust cannot be returned or exchanged based on sound preference. The exhaust concludes with 90mm adjustable tips featuring the AWE logo. These tips are double-walled for a polished look that persists even under demanding use.
