The AWE Tuning Track Edition exhaust system is a 3” and 2.5” T304L stainless steel configuration designed specifically to work with the GLI’s factory downpipe. This edition prioritizes a bold exhaust note for a more pronounced driving experience. It achieves this by eliminating mufflers, potentially increasing power and torque. However, this design can also generate unwanted droning. If you plan to install a downpipe or prioritize a quieter ride, the Touring Edition is recommended. AWE offers a Conversion Kit that allows you to switch between the Track and Touring Editions for sound preference adjustments. The Track Edition concludes with 102mm slash-cut tips featuring the AWE logo and are double-walled for a polished look. These tips are adjustable to match your personal depth preference within the bumper.
