The AWE Tuning Exhaust for the VW MK8 GTI features a bespoke straight-through mid-pipe resonator designed for a deep exhaust tone. AWE’s patented 180 Technology® resonator maintains performance while eliminating unwanted drone. The resonator’s design ensures a consistent tone over time. The system includes an adaptor for the factory downpipe, but is removable for future aftermarket downpipe upgrades. The Touring Edition aims to balance interior comfort with a sporty exterior sound. It allows the driver to hear the car’s Sport mode noises. Five-inch double-walled slash cut tips with the AWE logo are included and adjustable for personal preference.
