K&N Performance Cold Air Intake - High-flow for 01-04 Chevy Corvette V8-5.7L 57-3035

The K&N 57-3035 FIPK air intake system is a replacement for the factory air filter and air intake housing in certain Chevrolet Corvette models. Designed to reduce intake restrictions and increase airflow, this system allows the engine to inhale more air, leading to increased power and acceleration. The system includes a vented carbon fiber-topped K&N high-flow air filter, which is installed in the previous air box space behind the radiator. Air is directed through an aerodynamic intake tube to the engine's throttle body, resulting in a guaranteed power gain. The intake assembly accommodates the factory mass air sensor and a replacement silicone air injection vent hose. The oversized, oval tapered cone-shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing, depending on driving conditions. Installation is relatively easy, taking approximately 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and commonly available tools. K&N 57 Series FIPK's are street legal in all 50 US states and come with a Million Mile Limited Warranty. A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube increases airflow to the engine, providing a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. The system features a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ with oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design allows for up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions.
