The AWE Tuning S-FLO Carbon Intake for the Audi A6/A7 3.0T utilizes a full carbon fiber construction to create a smooth path for airflow from the grille inlet to the supercharger inlet. This design incorporates a new airbox inlet mounted on the grille and works with the factory accordion turbo couplers. The airbox is designed to float in place to prevent strain on the carbon fiber during high-torque situations. An enlarged, integrated honeycomb-meshed port located on the top of the airbox optimizes airflow for higher boost levels. The included AWE S-FLO Filter is designed for this specific intake system to allow for easy servicing and maximize airflow. This improved airflow can result in maximum gains of 13 horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque. The combination of the carbon fiber airbox and filter creates a more aggressive intake sound, including a supercharger whine when the engine is under boost.
