It replaces the factory halogen brake light with a dark tinted lens and bright red LEDs for a more modern appearance. This direct-replacement part utilizes a plug-and-play connection to the factory wiring harness, ensuring a straightforward installation without error codes. The light is compatible with both Jeeps that have a spare tire mounted on the rear door and those with a relocated spare tire mount. Installation is achieved by removing the two screws holding the original light and replacing it with this LED unit.
