The Banks Power Monster exhaust system is designed to improve airflow and reduce exhaust gas temperatures for Jeep Cherokees. It features constant-diameter stainless steel pipes and a straight-through muffler that offers a 108% increase in flow compared to the stock exhaust. This design minimizes backpressure and lowers exhaust temperatures.

The system utilizes a polished stainless steel Monster muffler with a straight-through flow path and a Banks-designed chamber to eliminate unwanted mid-range noise. The muffler is filled with spun ceramic, high-temperature packing material, contributing to a powerful yet civil exhaust sound.

A 2.5-inch stainless steel tailpipe with a rolled edge is included, and an adjustable clamp allows for precise positioning. The air gap between the clamp and the tailpipe helps to prevent tarnishing.

Note: For optimal performance, the manufacturer recommends combining this system with a Banks exhaust manifold (available separately for 1991-2001 Cherokees).
