The Banks Power Monster Exhaust system utilizes constant-diameter stainless steel pipes and a straight-through muffler to improve exhaust flow and reduce backpressure. This design aims to lower exhaust gas temperatures and eliminate annoying mid-range drone. The system features a polished stainless steel muffler with a Banks-designed chamber to achieve a rich, throaty sound. A stainless steel tailpipe tip is available in multiple finishes.

The CoolCuff design, developed through computer simulations and validated by extensive temperature testing, minimizes heat radiated by the exhaust system. This design keeps surrounding components, such as the spare tire, shocks, and wiring, cool. Banks engineers claim that the Monster Exhaust system maintains cooler temperatures than competitor products while offering improved flow and fuel efficiency.
