The Banks Power Techni-Cooler Intercooler System features several improvements over stock intercoolers. It utilizes larger, mandrel-bent 3.5-inch high-flow boost tubes, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks with a wide-open design, and a 20% thicker core with a 27% increase in volume. This design allows for greater airflow and cooler, denser air which improves combustion and engine efficiency. The Techni-Cooler System also includes a Banks Monster-Ram intake manifold. This combination results in higher continuous power, improved power at any exhaust gas temperature, better fuel economy, and lower EGTs.
