AutoMeter Digital Stepper Motor Transmission Temperature Gauge is designed to measure and display the temperature of automatic transmission fluid. Monitoring transmission fluid temperature is important because it significantly affects the lifespan of the transmission. By having an accurate and real-time reading of the temperature, drivers can adjust their driving habits accordingly, such as downshifting or reducing engine load, to help extend the life of the transmission. This gauge is suitable for various driving conditions, including towing or using high-performance engines. The package includes the gauge itself, a 1/8” NPT temperature transducer for accurate temperature sensing, and a direct plug-in wiring harness for simplified installation. An optional transmission cooler line manifold is also available for another easy installation method.
