K&N Performance Cold Air Intake - High-flow for 97-04 Ford F-150 V6-4.2L 57-2550

The K&N 57-2550 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in certain Ford F150 models. Designed to significantly reduce intake restriction, K&N intakes allow your F150's engine to inhale more air than the factory assembly, resulting in increased power and acceleration. The 57-2550 air intake includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that fits into the previous air box space. Air is directed past the mass air sensor and through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube into the engine's throttle body, ensuring a guaranteed power gain. The tube accommodates the factory mass air sensors, air temperature sensor, and crankcase vent hose. These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing, depending on driving conditions. K&N 57 Series FIPKs are street legal in all 50 US states and come with K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.
