The Banks Power Racing Throttle Delete is a performance part designed to increase airflow for improved throttle response and power. It achieves this by removing the butterfly valve, a component that regulates airflow in the stock intake system. This delete kit is intended for use with the Banks Monster-Ram Racing Intake Elbow, where the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system has also been removed.

Important to note, this modification is strictly for racing applications and renders the vehicle non-compliant with emissions regulations. The installation process involves removing the stock component and replacing it with the Throttle Delete via a bolt-on design, allowing for reversibility. Additionally, a special Engine Control Unit (ECU) program, not included with the Throttle Delete, is required for proper function.
