Banks Power Torque Tube Exhaust Header System is designed for 1999-2004 Ford 6.8L V-10 trucks and Excursions without EGR and with late catalytic converters. Constructed from stainless steel, it features mandrel-formed tubes for optimized exhaust flow and a patented PowerPickle pulse converter to enhance extraction. The system includes heat shielding, a stainless steel Y-pipe assembly with a seamless Y-collector, and flanges that are welded on both sides for improved durability. The PowerPickle technology addresses a potential dead zone in the exhaust flow by utilizing the engine's firing order to maximize extraction and generate torque.
