AWE Tuning AFM Valve Simulators are designed to facilitate the installation of AWE Cat-back Exhaust systems. They enable the use of the complete exhaust system by eliminating the issue of Check Engine Light (CEL) activation. The installation process involves removing the existing AFM valve motors from the stock exhaust and fastening them onto the AWE AFM Valve Simulators. These simulators are then securely mounted onto the vehicle, ensuring the continued operation of the AFM valve motors and preventing malfunctions detectable by the car's Engine Control Unit (ECU). AWE AFM Valve Simulators are sold in pairs and necessitate the use of the factory valve motor hardware for secure attachment to the simulator plates.
