Banks Power Monster Exhaust System is designed for 1998-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins ISB Pickups (Extended or Standard Cab) and features constant-diameter piping to reduce backpressure and lower exhaust temperatures. The system utilizes 4-inch stainless steel heavy-wall tubing from the turbocharger outlet pipe to the tailpipe, with mandrel-bent constant-diameter bends for improved flow over stock and competitor exhaust systems. It replaces the restrictive factory muffler with a polished stainless steel Monster muffler featuring a straight-through 4-inch flow path and a Banks-designed chamber to eliminate unwanted mid-range drone. The muffler utilizes high-temperature spun ceramic packing for a deep exhaust note without being intrusive. The system finishes with a large 5-inch polished stainless steel tailpipe tip with a rolled edge to prevent snags. A half-inch air gap behind the tip helps maintain the finish by keeping heat away. An adjustable clamp allows for precise positioning on the tailpipe.
